TABUAN-LASA topography can be identified as flat in the Island of Saluping and hilly to gently sloping towards the coastal for the Islands of Tapiantanah, Bubuan and Lanawan. There are no major rivers but a number of creeks that can be found and serve as natural drainage. Elevation ranges from 1msl to a hundred meters amsl. Its highest peak is the Mt. Tapiantanah.

Except for Saluping Island, almost all the portion of the other three Islands has moderate slopping landscape, having slopes ranges from 3% along the coastlines to 10% towards the center of each Island.
